We strive to serve only: fresh, organic, local, foraged and simply delicious homecooked meals.

From Our Garden
Vegetables: Lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, Swiss chard, cabbage, beets, peas, onions, squash, beans, pumpkin, potatoes, nasturtium, violets.
Herbs: Chives, mint, oregano, dill, basil, thyme, garlic, French sorrel Fruit: apples, pears, raspberries, blackberries, currents, mulberries, concord grapes.

From Our Fields
Wild mushrooms, burdock roots, nettles, wild grapes, wild asparagus, cattails, chickweed, dandelion, chicory, purslane, lily blossoms, milk weed, colt’s foot, Jerusalem artichokes, lamb’s quarters, and seasonal medicinal teas.
From Our Forest
Pine needle water, wild ginger, wild mushrooms, fiddle heads, wild leeks, and seasonal medicinal teas.
